Blue Poles is renowned for its lunches, and delectable morning and afternoon teas. All dishes are made on the premises from fresh, and, wherever possible, local ingredients. In addition to the award winning a la carte lunch offerings, (see menu and seasonal specials), there is a mouth-watering array of snacks, cakes, biscuits and delicious treats on offer all day long.

Our B&B caters for couples seeking romantic getaways and relaxing stays. It offers the usual features plus many desirable home comforts, and comes with a warm welcome and a promise of a memorable visit.

The high ceiling, beautiful polished wooden floor, modern bathroom, original artwork and spacious studio style apartment all add to the feeling of comfort and luxury. In addition, relax and recharge your batteries in nature’s own beauty surrounded by abundant bird life.

Blue Poles overlooks the picturesque Thone River Valley and Quintoc Range and the unspoilt peace and quiet of the beautiful Byabarra countryside adds a considerable dimension to the enjoyment of our guests, whether here for a few hours or a few days.

The 20 acre property runs down to the Thone River. It includes a rainforest as well as a citrus orchard.
